HouseBridge (a DealKey company, "HouseBridge", "we", "us") offers a text messaging program to communicate with property owners and real estate investors about buying and selling real estate. By opting in, you agree to these terms.
When you opt in, you may receive text messages from HouseBridge about: a cash offer on a property you own, follow-up about a property inquiry, real estate deals available to investors, appointment reminders, and account or transaction updates. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system.
You can opt in by submitting a form on housebridge.co with the SMS consent box checked, by replying to a message from us with a keyword such as YES, or by texting us first. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchasing any property or service.
Message frequency varies. Most people receive between one and four messages per month. Conversations you start may involve more.
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. HouseBridge does not charge for text messages.
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts. You may also opt out by emailing hello@housebridge.co. Opt-out requests are honored immediately.

Major U.S. carriers are supported. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy.
