HouseBridge (a DealKey company, "HouseBridge", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you give us: name, phone number, email, property address, property details, and anything you write in a form or message. Information from public records and licensed data providers: property ownership, sales history, tax and lien records, and contact information associated with a property. Information collected automatically: standard web server logs and basic analytics about visits to housebridge.co.
To evaluate and make offers on real estate, to communicate with you about a property by call, text or email, to match properties with real estate investors in our network, to comply with law, and to operate and improve our services.
If you opt in to text messages, we will send messages as described in our SMS Terms. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.
We share information with service providers who help us operate (for example, our CRM, messaging, and data providers), with title companies, attorneys and investors as needed to complete a real estate transaction you have agreed to, and when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
We honor the National Do Not Call Registry and state registries and maintain an internal do-not-contact list. To be added, reply STOP to any text, or email hello@housebridge.co with the phone number to remove.
We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above and as required by law, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing hello@housebridge.co. We will respond within 30 days.
