Hansen House LLC ("we", "us"), which operates the housebridge.co website, offers a text messaging program to communicate with property owners and real estate investors about buying and selling real estate. By opting in, you agree to these terms.
This is a marketing SMS program. When you opt in, you may receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Hansen House LLC asking whether you would consider selling a property you own, answering your questions, scheduling a call, and delivering a cash offer when you request one. We do not send account, order, appointment or other transactional messages on this program. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system.
You can opt in by submitting a form on housebridge.co with the SMS consent box checked, by replying to a message from us with a keyword such as YES, or by texting us first. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchasing any property or service.
Message frequency varies. Most people receive between one and four messages per month. Conversations you start may involve more.
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. HouseBridge does not charge for text messages.
Text STOP to cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message and you will be unsubscribed. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts. You may also opt out by emailing hello@housebridge.co. Opt-out requests are honored immediately.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
